I value downtime as much as the next person and lately I’ve not been getting any. Life seems far more busy than it should be.
But I don’t want to complain about it. If I am being busy, I am also equally enjoying a lot of things on the side.
Today I completed a very important book I have been reading for almost 6 months — 112 methods of meditation by Osho.
I have been reading this book on the background of other books. It is my longest read of 2019 so far.
I am not a religious person. I cannot emphasize this more, before I write this blogpost. I don’t disrespect the idea of religion, I think it can be a beautiful concept if executed well. But, my analytical and questioning mind cannot stand the idea of ‘rituals’ followed blindly.
I read on someone’s WhatsApp profile picture, “The more you desperately want to become beautiful in life, the uglier you feel.”

Currently I am in the middle of a book called The Power of Habit.
This is an incredible book. Right now I am at the part where the author discusses the concept of keystone habits, which in other term is called “small wins”.
