It really depends on what you buy at the store — I’m a single person and I average at least $350 on groceries. I spend quite a bit on fresh vegetables and fruits, and I try to eat fish two to three times a week. Plus I order a realitively expensive protein powder online — it’s the only vegan powder I have found that tastes good and doesn’t have soy or sweeteners.
