I’m no pro, but if you’re in your 20s, I believe that a higher-risk option for you 401k is actually recommended. I’m in my 30s and was advised to pursue Vanguard’s most aggressive option — the reason being because I’m going to be in the workforce for another 30 years and can afford the risk and fluctuation. Would love to hear what other people have to say about this, though.
