Is there any other way of doing this? Is there another method of being “good with money” that doesn’t involve constant calculation?

THIS. I am good with money, and lately I’ve also been good at eating healthy food and losing weight. But it means that I am literally tracking every. single. dollar. (or calorie), and constantly thinking ahead and planning and structuring my day around how to spend less or eat better. It’s exhausting.
