It totally slipped my mind but you can actually use clearbit’s discovery tool for Google Sheets. Target hotels by state. You can do this for free by creating 9 free trials. It’s a hassle but a hustlers gotta do what a hustlers gotta do.
You cannot export 1,800 results without paying. You can only export I think up to 50 per report ran during free trial. I pay for it, its not crazy expensive. You should be able to do all your sourcing in 30 days, easily.
Another way, just scrape yelp with Import.io. Plenty of ways.
I am currently doing that with SEMrush API, MatterMark API, and I also started using SEMrush to figure out things such as adspend when vetting targets prospects & etc.
