I don’t know about anything in Snapchat but hiring people of colour everywhere isn’t gonna solve this issue. Racism is a big topic and talking about racism in ‘Snapchat’s Employee List' is really ridiculous. People of colour are getting abused, raped and most of all, ridiculed. Don’t you think bickering over a silly filter is stupid? There are bigger issues to deal with and you cannot change any company’s policies just on the basis of racism. If you want people of colour to be in every staff list of every country, then contribute in their education and well being. Maybe they have people of colour because there were people qualified enough and maybe they don’t. Don’t blame them if they didn’t make “Should not be white”, their job description.

If you have a power to speak, speak for the underprivileged children of colour who are shunned of education instead of blaming white people for not hiring enough people of colour. This is not a big deal, get over it. People of colour have bigger issues than Snapchat filters.
