When I was a little kid I struggled with words, tricky ones. I have remembered and understood all the concepts of language but still I couldn’t find out what in the world is going on in my society. The society filled with people struggling for rights and the privileged misusing them for their amusement. Women are taught feminism and stand up against oppression and men are taught not to be that oppressor. Is this enough for the society to improve? I mean to say people around here don’t know shit about what equality means. This race for which sex, is superior is getting on my nerves. LGBT, women, men, etc. Everyone needs rights and recognition. Religion, oppression, shunning, ridiculing, teasing are all forms of suppression. Suppression that we must fight against. Feminism, Meninism, Lesbianism, Gay Pride, Straight Pride, Bisexualism, Transgenderism, etc. are all in one form or another, a discrimination. Like race, like the rich-poor barrier, the barrier of literacy, etc.

These barriers currently does not do anything more than obstructing progress. This 'rat chase' for superiority and recognition has gone too far. I know that times before everyone were ridiculed in their society for one reason or another but now people are offended by almost everything. Why is this happening? Why can’t people just live and mind their own businesses?

If someone is actually oppressed in any way or other, it’s the areas where the thoughts of the modern society hasn’t made it’s way because we’re so busy keeping the voices down around us that we haven’t seen the voices and calls of the people far above who need recognition, with love and support.

I have nothing against these newly formed gender, nothing against people who use it for good but now when the canvas has been filled with beautiful colors and elements that make it prettier with it’s presence, why can we not move our brush of change to another canvas and then I am very very sure that it will turn out to be a masterpiece too. Reach out to everyone with your slogans. Reach out where even the victim had never hoped that you would. Reach out in Rural India, Somalia, etc where women are oppressed, LGBT is unknown, oppressed or ridiculed, where racism is still relevant.

This is the time when changing only the surrounding will not do anything. When only awareness is not enough. This is the time that the struggle should be real and evident. This is the time when we rise as free humans.
