A couple of years ago, there was a story about Dr. Peter Gariaev, a Russian scientist, trying to change frog embryo’s DNA to ultimately become a salamander via remote laser signals. He claimed that DNA absorbs light photons in its surrounding area, spiraling into the molecules itself. What supposedly happened was a teleported re-coding effect on the frog’s embryo DNA with a new set of instructions of how to build a salamander.

Today, we do not know how big of a “lie” this really was, maybe it was just an intelligence plot. On the other hand, stories like Gariaev’s DNA Phantom is why for many people, even real quantum physics almost entangles with paranormal activities.

The question is not whether those paranormal phenomena exist, it is whether we will be able to decipher its mathematical language to bring them back into a more relatable state
