Growth, both personal and business, starts at your core.

You’ve often heard, “What is your why?” It’s one of the most overlooked components to achieving exponential growth.

To have purpose means the things we do are of real value to others. Purpose-driven companies attract the best minds, have the most passionate customers, achieve wild success, and change the world according to Simon Sinek author of “Start with your Why”.

Each area from Why, How, to What corresponds with two sections of the human brain:

1) Neocortex — The WHAT (responsible for rational and analytical thought and language)

2) Limbic — The WHY and HOW (responsible for all of our feelings and our decision making)

SIMON SINEK- START WITH WHY

When you’re developing your growth marketing strategy this is a key process in articulating and growing without hesitation.

People don’t buy WHAT you do, they buy WHY you do it. A failure to communicate WHY creates nothing but stress or doubt. — Simon Sinek

SIMON SINEK — START WITH WHY

It is a false assumption that differentiations happen in HOW and WHAT you do. Simply offering high-quality products with more features or better service or a better price does not create difference. Doing so guarantees no success. Differentiation happens in WHY and HOW you do it. — Simon Sinek

Listen to my entire rationale and process I have taken clients on to identify, differentiate and personalize their Epicenter.
