What do you mean by “a lie?” A falsehood? Don’t make that mistake. A lie is a falsehood purposefully provided with the intent to deceive. If someone thinks they’re telling the truth, they’re not lying no matter how wrong they are. What, you think Darwin was lying?

Graham, don’t you think that if you’re annoyed by the snarky condescension that typically accompanies declarations made by the “New Atheists,” perhaps you shouldn’t do the same thing? Nobody that disagrees with you will be swayed by this tone. You’re just preaching to the choir here. Adding your voice to the echo chamber. Just like Dawkins and Hitchens.
