In a courtroom both can and do have a very different meaning. Learn the difference between a paedophilic act and a psychological aberration.

The issue is that child prostitution exists — it doesn’t matter a damn how the offences are described under US federal or state law. As an aside to prostitution, look at other areas of child sexual abuse. Do some research about “Bible Belt Pastors” and child sex. The number of them facing charges is astounding. Let’s see you describe them as figments of the Victim Industry’s imagination.
