Governments consist of groups of people. It is more than one “big title” as you term it. Here, when we vote, we vote for Prime Minister and for all senate seats. We can choose a more balanced Government if we choose to do so. Too many look only to parties and their policies, not to personalities and their beliefs. We have independents, those not affiliated with any party who can still form a part of Government.
