I did not simply “edit” it, I added to it. Though editing is what writers do, they will often edit something after initially writing it. Maybe you have heard of writers?

I have spent quite a lot of time in Nigeria and Chad, and have seen this response often. I have also met many erudite people there who manage to relate to others without preconceived bias.

As for not following you — no problem. Consider it done. I see little point in following people who ignore what you say, and make assumptions related to what they expected you to say. I understand that you might have experienced all manner of bigotry, but the problem is that you now colour all you see with that expectation whether it exists or not. Sad.
