I’m not Vegan — tried it some years ago with disastrous effect (and YES I do know about supplements, the essential acids and missing nutrition etc., and how to compensate) so now I am half and half. I do not eat red meat, but I do eat seafood, eggs and dairy. I got to know some pigs and realised that they really are sentient, and friendly. That was the end of my red meat days.
