Now I’m curious. How does “doesn’t require computer time” compensate for darkroom time, chemicals, fixed processing location etc.? Be it film or digital, the images have to be processed.

I started in the film era, still have a functional darkroom, many film bodies, lenses etc., mostly for the sake of nostalgia, but I wouldn't dream of using film for a crucial shoot.
