This is disingenuous attitude. Screenagers are already experiencing both physical and emotional problems directly related to both electronic devices and social media. It is NOTHING like a parent’s reaction to a Rock singer or a family watching TV of an evening. Watching TV didn’t cause young kids, mostly girls, to suicide because of damage done to esteem by idiots on social media forums. Watching TV didn’t cause the spinal (neck) and muscular problems that hours hunched over a small screen every day does. Teenagers in the past didn’t have almost universal lack of sleep issues. Very young children were not exposed to hard core porn well before teen years or puberty. They claim the average age for accessing porn is now eleven.

There are numerous reports of health and mental health problems that have never been a part of society before the advent of screenagers. It has been claimed by American, Japanese, Danish, and Chinese researcher that we now have the first generation not expected to outlive their parents. In some Asian countries they now have clinics to handle social media addiction among youth.

I think you need to do some REAL research.
