The file should pretty much be self-explanatory. jbuild files are written using S-expressions (those lisp-y parentheses). In this particular file, we note that we’re using version 1 of jbuild specification. Each of the top-level elements are called stanzas, and currently we have two stanzas.

Your early hires should be very strong, senior-level candidates. People who can hire and mentor other developers, and help the mid-level and junior developers you’ll eventually want to hire down the road.
