In 1955, Kevin Adam Curtis was born in Dartford, England. As a young man and filmmaker, Curtis attended Oxford University. His first professional work was commissioned by the BBC; instructional and training videos, followed by a post on That’s Life! It was in the 1980s that his style would evolve, seeking to portray reality in his films through the prism of eclectic chaos — not driven by economics, but by the social and political actions of individuals.
