As I said before, I personally consider Caity to be more of an op-ed writer than a reporter, but I also consider op-eds to be a form of journalism. Most analogue newspapers and magazine have them after all, so why shouldn’t an e-zine?

As far as sources are concerned, I am not sure why you privilege verbal or print sources over digital ones. A source can lie in writing or to your face just as easily as they can over the internet.

I also don’t understand what you have against WikiLeaks, which most definitely does traffic in primary sources. Aren’t they famous for leaking documents obtained from governments and corporations?

If it’s Caity’s blunt style that offends you, move on and find another writer.
