In the food industry it’s the smallest details that set you apart from your competition. A good chef will notice the small details and promote, demote, and fire cooks based on them. The most important thing you can do is save your chef money. Below I’ll outline just a few ways to get noticed.
First post. This is it. I plan on using this as a blog to document my life in the kitchen and ultimately things leading up to the opening of a food truck that me and a friend are starting, which is in the very beginning stages by the way.
