To support us in our mission to nurture creativity and entrepreneurship in cities around the world, we are looking for a Cleaner to be a brand ambassador of Second Home. Looking after all aspects of the space and be fully trained on the setup and design requirements needed to provide a world class service.
Working closely with the Hanbury Street team, this role will be the principal point of contact for members and the facilities team.
This role will:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Second Home
- Clean all aspects of Second Home, this will ensure the space is always looking and feeling world class for our members
- Work with and take direction from the facilities manager in accordance with our brand guidelines and cleaning specification
- Ensure all cleaning products are in stock and notify facilities team when additional product is needed
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a bold self-starter with lots of initiative
- Have fluency and strong command of English
- Work well in a team, and is flexible in their working hours
- Be a spacekeeper with training and knowledge on the space
- Be proactive and forward thinking — a problem solver and self starter.
- Have at least 3 years cleaning experience
- Be quick to understand and adopt Second Home’s vision and future growth strategy, having the skills to add value from day one
- Have a great personality and a willingness to be a friendly, insightful and proactive member of a dynamic team.
You will be joining a business that is going through a sustained period of growth, and within this role you will have opportunities to grow and expand your career (i.e. supervisory roles.
