1// What Makes Our Approach Different
In this first installment, we describe what sets our approach apart.
We think of all the individuals we speak to as people first and respondents second. We get on their level and understand what makes them tick. We want them to be themselves without any hang ups about taking part in a ‘research’ study. We think of our interviews more as conversations; they have a purpose but there’s the freedom to explore things we might not have expected to hear.
