This sounds like a fun article/series!
I started reading the conservative magazine, the National Review, this year. My unofficial goal/resolution this year has been to “be more empathetic” and, to that end, I’ve been trying to understand conservative perspectives since I live in a progressive college-town bubble. It has led to some really interesting discussions with my fellow liberal friends because it forces me to critically articulate my opinions instead of what I usually end up doing after reading the NYT; parroting back the points that I read and agree with. I realize the NR is not the only conservative perspective (they’re very against Trump) so if anyone has other recommendations, let me know!
