Personally, I don’t buy into all of the “right/wrong” debate. I know for a fact that diverse teams perform better if there is no cultural clash and there are no people who believe they are “entitled” to any particular treatment except respect. (And even respect you have to maintain through your actions, nobody is obliged to respect you no matter what you do).
