The Equal Protection argument against “winner take all” in the Electoral College

Great work-thanks so much. As a blue state resident it’s clear that my AG would have standing to allege that our state’s voters are not proportionally represented, however, I’m not sure that my state would have standing to argue that another state has failed to apply equal protection requirements in their counting method. My concern is that all my AG could do is get proportional voting in my state (thereby giving votes to Trump). So my question is, can a blue state bring an equal protection WTA challenge against a red state?
