Sounds great. Is the prompt still the same though? If so, the prompt suggests there *could* be a gift by rating which could be why there hasn’t been any drop-off. In this case, people seem to love it so much that not actually following through with any incentive probably doesn’t matter (and in large part they probably already left the review by then). If the prompt has changed to not suggest a reward, then maybe the incentive wasn’t a factor in this case?
