I’m an Arsenal fan but I really enjoyed reading this. Puts in to perspective the moaning of my fellow Gooners. The only part I didn’t get was the reference to the Chairs gender as way of an excuse for some fans. What’s the suggestion? That she can’t be held responsible because she’s ‘just a woman’ and thus doesn’t understand? Yuk. Anyway, thanks for writing this and I will follow with interest from now on.
