Hi Claire. Thanks for saying out my loud my heartfelt. With my research on this subject I have been trying to take a holistic approach, a qualitative version as you suggest. But when it comes to results, how do you prove to the seniors and the shareholders that your holistic approach is working? What is the evidence of people’s satisfaction with their job or their motivation? How do we go about it? Love to hear your feedback
