Hi everyone, I have been working quite a while on expressing why I choose to live #Vegan, and today is my humble start in trying to be honest of this choice.
For me being vegan was not an option which came on its own, I had my ups and downs, struggles and doubts and over the last 5 years my believe has become stronger and I am more delighted to share this journey with you all.

As this is my first blog independently I will try to be brief and explore various sub-topics. Beginning with the question:

Why should you be Vegan, and what are the benefits?

First of all I am Vegan, for not just the ethical wave of it but also to stand a political ground. I strongly believe we vote and make a political choice everytime we spend our money. So where I put my money makes my choice profound and I choose for a clean, conscious, non-enslaving, anti-speciesist and healthy way of living.
By being Vegan and choosing organic products (products which are without pesticides, GMO, etc.) makes my life challenging and vibrant, as I see everyday a change in both my mind and body. I also see how food plays a strong influence in my everyday life. I am aware I have not answered the question straing and I think it is best to leave it so.

Where do I find proteins?

I find proteins in:

  1. Tofu
  2. Lentils
  3. Vegetables (there are proteins in the green ones/ Broccoli, etc.)
  4. Rice
  5. Protein shakes
  6. Nuts
  7. etc.

If you have questions feel free to leave a comment below and hope it was a short and brief read.
