recipe will help you

Ingredients: 
+ 1 Slice of 40 Cal. Whole Wheat Bread
+ Bottle of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
+ 1 Packet of Equal or Splenda
+ Cinnamon

Directions: 
1. Toast bread. 
2. While bread is still warm, Spray toast with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. 3. Then, Add 1 packed of Equal or Splenda and Cinnamon to taste!
4. Enjoy!
