Shard Coin Update May 5th 2018
Greetings. We would like to thank everyone that has support shard from the beginning. We know everyone was wanting a update and that it’s not easy to wait for updates and we thank you for your patience.
The Shard team has started and has been hard at work developing the Shard Exchange “Shardax.com”.
Shardcoin.io Website Update
Our official website shardcoin.io will be receiving a total new re-design and update making it more professional and easy to use. We are looking to have this complete within the next week to 2 weeks.
Crypto Market Portfolio and Stake Calculator Website
As we said in our whitepaper we were going to be creating a portfolio & stake calculator website. We have nearly completed this project and added quite a few more features than we had planned.
Some of the features are below:
- Listing all coins data, graphs and prices.
- Watchlist to keep track of selected coins.
- Alerts that will allow you to receive notifications in your email. You will receive a notification when a coin goes above or falls below a set price.
- Portfolio page will allow you to keep track of your current coins, profit and investments.
- Stake calculator will allow you to calculate your potential stake rewards for multiple POS coins.
- Roi calculator allows you to calculate how much you would have earned if you had spent a certain amount in the past.
This project is looking to be launched at the end of this month.
Staking pool
The staking pool will be a bit different from what was originally planned. Instead of having a separate website for staking your coins we will be instead integrating the staking pool with the exchange. This will allow you to trade and stake in the same platform and with no delays.
Shard Exchange
The Shard exchange will be a new and unique exchange it will have 4 main features in 1 platform and will be the only exchange at this time to have all these features.
1st — You will be able to trade on a advanced secure platform.
2nd — Stake your coins and trade on the same platform.
3rd — Instant exchanging between any listed coins, for those that are new to crypto.
4th — Shard coins will be usable to pay for trading fees at a discounted rate.
This means if you have enough Shard deposited and staking on the exchange then the staking rewards can continually cover any trading fees!
As you all know these past few weeks we have being searching for a name for the exchange and we finally came to a decision on the exchange name, we have purchased the domain and prepared all social media accounts which will be listed below. In the week to come we will be launching the exchange landing page.
We are aiming to have the exchange fully ready by Q3 so this will be 2–3 months earlier than was originally planned.
With the launch of the landing page in the week to come we will also be bringing out a new bounty and airdrop program. Also a coin voting page will be available on the website where you can vote for which coins you would like to be listed.
