Do What You Do Best

When it comes to hiring a professional, entrepreneurs are notoriously bad at it.

We often assume we can do it.

But at what cost?

To save dollars, we will give up our time. Sacrifice relationships. Avoid the important.

Could you do it yourself?

Sure.

You could also paint your own car, weave your own baskets, or make your own ketchup.

The point is: that isn’t what you’re best at.

Decide what that is and shed everything else.
