I couldn’t agree with you more, David. My issue wasn’t so much mindless scrolling in the morning, but at night. Or playing Scrabble until I fell asleep. It was just a dumb habit that was robbing me of sleep. So I started keeping it in a different room. I’d play a couple of turns of Scrabble while I’m brushing my teeth, but then I put it down and don’t think of it until the next morning and my sleep improved many times over.
