I am so disgusted that there is more than one idiotic male who made the harassing online comments toward the female Bernie supporter.

What I always wonder, firstly, is do these men have a wife, sister, girlfriend, boyfriend, or daughter? I know they have biological mothers. So, they find it acceptable for other men who are strangers to call their mothers and female relatives “stupid”, “moron”, “cunt”, “twat”, “show us your tits”?

I’ve always said that every 10 year old boy has a computer, so we can’t expect online comments to all be thoughtful, eloquent, or kind. But that there are more than two adult males who make these sexist, often hateful and violent comments toward women, online, makes me feel ashamed, and sad.

Maybe violence is in a man’s DNA, because yes, sexist comments do make me feel violent toward some ignorant strangers. God forbid I find someone who says something like this to my wife, mother, daughter, sister, female friend online or in person. It will take all of my good sense to keep me from bashing you in the face with a brick.
