Dev Log 28

Thank you to everyone reading, and we apologize again for missing a week of the developer log. Life is a bit chaotic for some of the team members between full-time jobs and a child coming in the next week for Beans, but we’re still chugging along as much as we’re able!

Rebrand / Relaunch

Progress has been made on the website, and we have tackled all of the most complex aspects of the new website. There are still some of the easier tasks left, but the website is essentially done with the final step being testing.

We delayed the dev log because there have been several programming sessions done between the devs today with a lot of work done on the site this morning with work on the NFT ongoing as I write this dev log. We will keep everyone up to date weekly as always, but we see it fit at the moment to discuss everything going on externally as well.

Dev Growth

Our lead Solidity dev has finished several courses which include several in Solidity, NFT, and contract security. He is now taking advanced solidity which we know will continue to benefit the team as every course he’s taken and aced so far has been a tremendous benefit to the team.

On top of the developers, Beans is currently a management consultant in the United States with a specialization in digital payments and crypto. In the last 6 months, he has tackled several projects in crypto which include:

• Developing a crypto / blockchain payments strategy for an internal payments system / white-label offering for a Fortune 100 company that is one of the biggest global retailers in the world.
• Developed a go-to-market strategy on an NFT product offering for a Fortune 200 company.
• Currently is doing process consulting for a Fortune 200 software company to enable Bitcoin purchasing for their small business clients.

Conclusion

The experience being gathered by the entire dev team is something we believe will continue to add value for the months to come. Progress has not stopped, and experience is growing for all of us. We’ve got sights set long into the future with the core team, and we see this project stretching well into the 2020s. Things are just getting started for Sheesh / Galaxy Warriors!
