Yeah, I like your approach more. I miss fruit too. I think I will introduce the carbs with fruit, then a few days later healthy carbs like quinoa or brown rice.

Hey! Thanks for the tip. I just did the test. I am 26.1% fat based on this test. So, technically, I should lose something. :( But I lost hope. I don’t think this diet is for me. I thought I had to go to that special machine to calculate my BMI and fat percentage. Didn’t know there was an online calculator for it.
