- We have to face the fact that no matter what has happened to us in the past or what we are facing now is our own making. It is up to each one us to take responsibility of our own lives and happiness.
- The solution is to spot or identify your depressing and destructive thoughts and replace them with a more positive thoughts.
- Don't ignore a problem or situation thinking it is the easy way out. In the long run, similar situation will reappair and it will be painful and stressful. Always be on the look out for crossing new frontiers.
