1. Rome Colosseum, Rome, Italy

The epicenter of Roman empire, Rome is abundantly rich in history of Romans and their architecture that brings the city of Rome to life. Rome Colosseum is one of the greatest buildings built during the Roman Empire. It was built somewhere in 70–80 AD completely of stones and concrete. 2. The Palace of Westminster, London, UK

The Palace of Westminster is the official building of the Parliament of UK and also the residence of the Royal British Family. It was built in 1834, it has been demolished by fire twice and it is reconstructed version of the palace that you see today. It is an old gothic Victorian building and a classic example of Neo classic era. The palace is spread across the huge expanse and is also open to public for visit.

The symbol of love and strength in the city of love, Eiffel Tower was built from 1887–1889 and is one of the top places to visit in the world. It has three observational deck, top one standing at an elevation of 276 m. It was the highest man made tower when it was built, now it is the second tallest free structure in France. Eiffel tower has become the symbol of love over the period of time.

Sagrada Familia is a gothic church located in the city of Gaudi and it is designed by Gaudi. The fun fact about this Cathedral is that the construction of the building began in the year 1882 and the construction of the Cathedral is still in progress even after so many years. It is the largest Roman Catholic Church in the world which is still in construction till yet. The gothic details and intriguing design explains why it is such a task to construct the Cathedral even with all the modern equipments.

5. Cathedral of Santa Maria, Florenco, Italy

Cathedral of Santa Maria is one of the spectacular pieces of art that you will see in your whole lifetime. The exquisite feature of the church is the way it is constructed. The cathedral was designed by Filippo Brunelleschi and the construction began in 1296. It is a gothic church and the dome that stand on top of the cathedral is the largest dome in the world which stand without any central support and how it was built in that time without any technology is truly a wonder for the mankind.

It is a gothic architecture and a suspension bridge. It was constructed from the year 1886–1894 and the beauty of it stands till date.

8. Leaning Tower of Pisa, Pisa, Italy

Leaning Tower of Pisa is the standing bell tower, which is known for its little lean that makes it such a wonder. The most beautiful human error that you will see in Europe is this and if it weren’t for that error, it wouldn’t have been as famous. The tower was built between 12th century and 14th century.
