Heart on fire

Love, lust, passion are the only things she knew when she thought about me.

I confessed my feelings to her; clueless of what lay ahead of me.

Loud, vibrant and irrevocable she was in three words.

“I’ll burn our love if you leave me,” she’d said.

I felt possessed with her around.

She felt betrayed & lifeless when she learnt that I married Sushant.

A guy over her. Damn you society!

She torched our condo & joint venture.
