Relaxing Foot Bath

Epsom salt has many beneficial properties including relaxing the nervous system, curing skin problems, drawing toxins from the body and countless others. I recently began using the Epsom salt as a foot soak accompanied with essential oil of Lavender and Rose oil. I let my feet soak in the solution about 20 to 30 minutes. I began to feel more energy and a sense of calm. I reccomend using the foot soak maybe two or three times a week! :-)
