Why founders should get paid the least out of all employees

Wow, this is counterintuitive, but you’ve made compelling arguments. As the largest stakeholder, it makes sense to have the founder riding heavily on the company’s success. I wonder how this would gel with a rapidly developing negative mentality today though — ‘starting up means I can do what I want, make money and tell people what to do to build my dream’. It’s rather an arrogant approach, and it’s going to be hard for these people to see reality.
