The Life and Death of Lexa

I thought it was a great episode. I am a huge supporter of LGBTQs, as one of my three best friends in life, who I grew up with, is gay. The thing is, when it comes to my views on media, the story always comes first. If it were a lousy episode, I would’ve been upset. I too loved Lexa as a character, and if they killed her off in some stupid way, that would’ve pissed me off. As it was, it reminded me of the ending of BOYS DON’T CRY (Kimberly Peirce, 1999) or BONNIE AND CLYDE (Arthur Penn, 1967). Not bad company to be in, IMO.
