I love the article. However, I need to say that it still confuses me what’s the real difference between these two roles. If you think of the meaning of “management” and “ownership” the explanation seems to be a bit counter-intuitive. If you look at startups, the role definition also varies from one company to another (what was already mentioned in the article) and is very often misunderstood even by Product Managers themselves. Are you able to provide real-life examples of the “perfectly working” PM team if you look in particular at these two roles?
