How starting a statistics of my life made huge impact
At the end of 2014 I got an idea to take statistics of my freestyle football training sessions. I really wanted to see how much work I put in the whole year. Time passed and I started to include more things in this stats list. Football sessions, walking, riding bike, self-improvement and some bad habits I wanted to quit. When you see, you have done so much this one particular bad habit you really start to think about it and it is easier to quit then. It really took my life to the next level!
2016 is underway, it is perfect time to start with this. I Already bought new calendar and added some new things to the list. Yes, I can’t promise that it will work for you, but it worked for me and I decided to share this “hack”. Give it a try! It’s all about testing different things in your life and finding what works for you!
