Very true. But, there is a way out; taking advantage of “Visual Listening” for brands can help brands improve the quality of user experience for their customers and users.

For instance, LogoGrab™ (www [dot] logograb [dot] com) created an interesting Web tool that is helping brands scan the appearance of their logos in a virtual community (Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn); helping brands track the conversations going on about their products and services — using an image recognition technology or the Science of Visual Listening.

I believe Visual Listening is the future of measuring authentic user experience against what the metrics have been try hard to achieve.
