Though I do think the Starbucks and “1pm — London” scenarios tread the line. I mean, I’ve always been taught that flirting with customers or co-workers should be actively discouraged (I’ve witnessed dating colleagues bring their drama into our workplace), but it’s interesting to see a possibly-HR-friendly way of doing it.
