Increasing one’s productivity can be difficult, especially if one doesn’t know where to look for improvement. Thus this article introduces 3 games you can play to manage your time better, and become more productive.

1. The Circadian Rhythm Game

Participants will learn about their circadian rhythm in this game.

How to play:

  • Divide the day into 24 blocks, one per hour. Print out the pages containing these blocks
  • Participants should write what they did every hour in the blocks.
  • At 8 o’clock, ate breakfast. At 9 o’clock, heading to the office, etc.
  • Participants should write down how they felt during these hours, along with doing the other tasks.
  • Someone can be feeling energetic, tired, hungry, or even sleepy.

At different times of the day, we have more energy.

  • To get the best results, work on tasks when your energy levels are highest. This is related to your body's internal clock and should be synched up with your schedule.
