Hi Adam — You are off to a great start!

We all had those students we brought home with us nightly, trying to find ways to reach and engage them. Sharing shortcomings and successes will help, so thank you for providing the arena. In our district, we have been talking quite a bit about ICEL — considering the Instruction, the Curriculum, and the Environment before looking at the Learner. It has been very powerful, because as teachers, we often troubleshoot at the Learner level. I wish you luck in your blogging journey and appreciate your invitation to join you!
