Dirty Laundry # AEDT1160

How much is too much?

This week’s blog is brought to you by one bad choice after another courtesy of unstable emotions and co-sponsored by lack of reflection and anytime access to social media.

As we know social networks are fed by interactions; whether good or bad you are making connections and impressions on others with every post, like and share.

We have all had “one of those” days, weeks and in some cases months. You know the kind, where you just get consumed… you say thing you shouldn’t say, you do things you shouldn’t do, you share things you shouldn’t share and as a result you feel things you shouldn’t have to feel. As humans we are generally social beings; don’t get me wrong I’m all for support and networks are a great way to get it. But where do you draw the line when using social networking? When does venting become airing dirty laundry? How much is too much and how do we keep social media from becoming a platform for public consoling?

Thanks for reading!
