Loong Fatt Tau Sar Piah 龍發豆沙饼 has been operating since 1948 in Whampoa along Balestier Road. It is a coffee shop that sells pastries and is well-know among the older generation for their Tau Sar Piah 豆沙饼.

The Tau Sar Piah are handmade and there are two versions, sweet and salty Tau Sar Piah.

Unlike other versions where the Tau Sar filling is a creamy colour, the filling at Loong Fatt has a brown hue. the firm paste is made from steamed mung beans.
